    For a fleeting moment

    Friday, April 29th, 2011 @ 3:07 pm | Uncategorized

it almost seemed like we could keep the blog updated.  Alas, it was not to be.  Mostly this was because of Katie’s surgery.  There was not time available to slip away before the boys finally went to sleep, and once they were in bed, the clean-up took twice as long (seeing as how there were half as many parents helping).

Oh well, it’s mostly better now, though of course, tomorrow everything changes again.  It feels sort of strange.  With Malin and Laura’s departure, we knew it was coming for months ahead of time, and while we didn’t want them to go, we had time to get use to it.  Not so this time…  We’ll try and write more about that tomorrow.  Annie’s leaving bright and early tomorrow morning.  We fed the boys lots of extra fruit yesterday, to encourage them to be very regular for her, just to send her off in style.

In the meantime, and with no real explanation that could possibly be suitable, here’s a video clip for your enjoyment (or confusion):
