And I had tears in my eyes…
…because Nicholas said at dinner: “I don’t want Malina to go!”. That was a very special moment for me since I’m in The United States.
While playing with Nicholas and Dexter it’s always interesting to see how creative, intelligent and enthusiastic they are. Moreover it’s not difficult to fascinate them for a new activity such as singing, dancing, gymnastics or drawing. A nice contrast to playing with cars. But nevertheless they utterly NEED to play with their cars and trains every day :). But it is impressive that the boys know every single name of every single train and car. I don’t know them yet. Give me 3 more weeks and we’ll see.
Yesterday we went to a swim park and Dexter and Nicholas were incredible excited to go there and play and just having fun in the water. But when we arrived they said:”It’s way too cold.”(75○F = 25○C). So we watched the other kids and the boys ate their yummy pizza. In the end of the day I cooked a noodle souffle with my mother’s recipe. The boys did not want to eat but maybe today?
Joel and Katie do everything to make me feel at home. And I do. Thank you
