A while ago, we finally got to meet cousin Keira.  She’s my cousin Ann’s little daughter and she is so beautiful.  Dexter took a shine to her right away.  I was totally impressed with Ann for making me wash my hands before getting to hold her.  You go girl.  Keep her germ free for as long as possible.  The first cold is always nerve wracking for parents.  Or, if you are me, it’s always nerve wracking.

Seeing that the “weights” I lift on a daily basis are about 30 lbs of wriggling mass, Keira felt surprisingly light.

Hi Keira – you can call me “auntie katie” if you wish.
